Diagonal Cable Chop: Difficulty, 2; lower back, 2. Attach a handle to the highest pulley position. Stand with a cable to your left. Grasp the handle with both hands above your left shoulder. Take a few steps outward to create sufficient tension in the cable. Stand with your feet hip width apart, knees slightly bent. Contract your abs, and pull the cable from your top left shoulder across your torso toward your right hip. Pause for one to two seconds. Slowly return to starting position. Repeat.
