Tone Your Side Abdominal, and Exercise the Oblique Using the Best Waist Exercises!

Half Lord of the Fishes is a yoga abdominal exercise that’s easy to do, but still very effective at working the hard to target waist and oblique area. It's also a gentle stretch exercise you can use as resting exercises between more challenging exercises, and is very good at stretching deep back muscles.

Follow these instructions to do this workout correctly:

Half Lord of the Fishes yoga abdominal exercise Half Lord of the Fishes Yoga Abdominal Exercise: Difficulty, 1; lower back, 2. Sit on the floor. Cross your right leg over the left, and bring your left heel next to your right hip; put your right foot flat on the floor. Your right knee will point upward while your left knee points forward. Place your left hand on your right knee. Place your right hand on the floor. Lengthen your spine. Twist to the right only as far as you comfortably can. Hold for 10 breaths. Release, and repeat on other side.

This pose also:

  • energizes the spine
  • relieves menstrual discomfort, fatigue, sciatica and backache

And, stretches deep back muscles, shoulders, hips and neck!
