Get Rid of Love Handles Using the Best Abdominal Oblique Workouts

As the name suggests, the Waistline Trimmer targets the ab obliques muscle and tones the waist to help get rid of love handles (assuming you're also eating clean & lean, and getting consistent cardio and strength training, of course) by drawing the ribcage and pelvis together to work the areas on the sides of your stomach better.

The Waistline Trimmer is similar to another obliques workout--Criss-Cross Ab Crunches, except you’re now using an exercise ball. Follow these easy to follow instructions to properly do this exercise:

Waistline Trimmer abdominal oblique exercise Waistline Trimmer Exercise for Obliques: Difficulty, 1; lower back, 2. Lie on your back with your heels atop an exercise ball, knees bent. Clasp your hands behind your head lightly, elbows pointing sideways. Exhale and slowly lift your left shoulder toward your right hip. Again, the ball will move slightly, engaging your leg muscles to keep it from rolling away. Slowly lower, and return to starting position. When you lower, only come back down to just above your shoulder blades. Now slowly lift your right shoulder toward your left hip. Continue alternating sides. Each alternating side equals one rep.
