A Little About the Author of Best-Abs-Exercises.com...

Hello again!

You might think from the comprehensive ab exercise information on this site I’m either a personal trainer or maybe even a physical therapist.

But, I’m not. I am just your typical guy who loves to chill, have fun, and of course workout!

And, everything on this site I’m teaching you is exactly what I do -- from how I train, what I eat, and how I live my life!

Because getting strong, toned abs doesn't come in a pill or bottle (If you don't believe me it doesn't come in a pill or bottle. Then, read the fine print on the back label of those fat and weight loss pills. Because, it'll tell you the same thing, "Results will vary. Best results occur when combined with diet and exercise!), and is not a fad or a quick overnight fix -- it’s a lifestyle!

So, all the ab workout tips I’ve learned from when I first picked up a set of weights when I was fifteen, to throughout my high school and college years.

As well as what I’ve learned now -- will be passed entirely on to YOU!

But, why?

Simple. Having gone through a lot of the same issues with my abs you’re now going through.

I know how frustrating things may seem when you’ve tried everything to get a six pack or flatten your belly, and nothing still works.

I also know a lot of the ab exercise information and popular answers you find online doesn’t work.

Because if it did work there wouldn’t be new ab products popping up every week, and YOU wouldn’t be here!

So, I grew tired of the rehashed abdominal exercise info lingering on the internet, as well as getting bombarded with ab product infomercials every time I turn on the TV.

I mean, seriously, do you think you can strap on an “ab belt” around your waist. Or, jump on a spinning chair or balloon. Then rock it back and forth, side to side, and all of sudden six-pack abs will magically appear?

If it were that easy, everyone in this world would be walking around with a six-pack! But, they’re not!

And, this is the typical rehashed “free” info you and I will find online:

  • Do this however many crunches, and try this and that ab exercise
  • Then do 30 to 45 minutes of cardio for 3 to 4 times a week

Does this sound familiar? You’ll get these typical answers on the net. Well, guess what? This doesn’t work!

Because the only way you’ll ever get sexy, toned abs is by getting rid of the layer of belly fat covering your abdominal.

Which will only happen if you can boost your metabolic rate and doing 30 to 45 minutes of slow, even paced cardio won’t boost it, and ab exercises won’t either!

What will boost it is if you focus more on your nutrition, and less on ab exercises and hours of cardio!

Because some of the best exercises you can do to flatten your abs, aren’t even “ab exercises” at all!

And, it doesn’t matter who you are because the genetics might be different, but the solution is the same…

  • You lower your body fat through a proper, balanced nutrition plan. This will speed up your metabolism.
  • Then you do strength training and interval training to stimulate the release of muscle building and fat burning hormones. Which will raise your metabolic rate even more, so you’ll burn additional calories hours after your workout was already over! Plus, it’s a whole lot easier to shed fat when you’ve got lean muscle!
  • Finally you do a variety of exercises to strengthen and tone your abdominal muscles, so when the fat is stripped (using the above steps). You’ll reveal a defined midsection!

This is how you get sculpted, toned abs and the foundation of this site, and what I will teach you.

So, if you’ve ever gone through even a percentage of the disappointment I have with regards to your abs, then you have come to the right place.
