Discover How to Lose Your Belly Fat and Get Lean, Sculpted Abdominals!
Most ab books are a waste of your money. They just show you more ways to do crunches and sit-ups while failing to address the real reason why many fail at getting abs. What is that reason? They can't get rid of their belly fat. So usually I would never buy an abs book unless someone I knew has used the product and highly recommends it to me. But after reading The Truth About Six Pack Abs from cover to cover, I was actually pleasantly surprised with its contents. Note: This book is an e-book (electronic book) so you don't have to wait weeks for the product to arrive. You'll get it by email as soon as you order. Now I'll admit, when I first skimmed the sales page for the book. I was hesitant at buying or recommending it because the copy came with a lot of hype, and seemed to make a lot of promises… like all the rest. But what got me interested was the author kept emphasizing the same points I talk about here on my site when it comes to the misconceptions of sculpting your abs. Still a bit hesitant, I decided to buy it anyways. Well, I'm glad to tell you I was wrong and The Truth About Six Pack Abs is not like any other ab books out on the market. And, if you follow it, you will get results. My Review…
The Truth About Six Pack Abs is written by Mike Geary a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Nutrition Specialist (yes, that's Mike doing one of his favorite workouts -- the Deadlift), so he definitely has the credentials to speak on this topic. This 130 page book is packed full of information on how to tone your abdominals. Not only does all the exercises come with pictures so you can do them correctly. It also comes with very thorough nutritional tips including meal plans. Which makes sense because if you've been on this website. You'd know the biggest reason why many people can't get their abs toned is because of poor eating habits and not knowing how to eat properly. It's also great because I get emails from people asking me specific questions about diet and now I'm glad I can refer them to Mike's book… especially since he is also a Certified Nutritionist. Mike also sends out weekly newsletters with more dietary tips and workout strategies to help you stay motivated and get the best possible results on your abs. He genuinely seems more concerned about wanting to help people than selling his book. What is The Truth About Six Pack Abs? It's an abs book that addresses the #1 reason why you're not able to get the toned, sculpted abdominal core you want. Which is belly fat. It shows you exactly how to reduce your body fat so you CAN see the abs you do have. But, don't expect to become huge and muscular from this because it's not geared towards mass building rather fat burning. So, if you're looking to build mounds of muscle, then this might not be the product for you. Instead, if you want to build a strong, lean, toned, functional, and well-defined athletic physique with rock hard abs. Then, yes, you can definitely do that using The Truth About Six Pack Abs. What Does the Program Include? First off, what really made the book stand out in my mind was before even touching on the diet, nutritional, and training aspects of getting better abs. It touched on the mental aspect of sculpting your abs first. Now, how many ab books you know does this? So, this struck me because even though none exists. Many people are always still looking for the "quick fix" or an overnight miracle to getting a "six-pack" offered by "fat burning" pills, creams, gels, and other fads and gimmicks. If you're one of them, then you might want to steer clear of this product because The Truth About Six Pack Abs is not a gimmick, won't come overnight, and is going to take effort and work on your part. But, if you apply the information, have the right mind set, and have an open mind about it. You will see results. Also, you won't be able to do certain exercises if you don't have access to a gym or gym equipment. But, the book and one of the bonuses does give you lots of other resistance and bodyweight exercises you can do which doesn't require going to the gym or gym equipment. If you plan on doing these exercises at home though, it's recommended you at least have a stability ball and a pair of dumbbells to get the best results. They're not expensive and if you don't have them already, it would be wise to get some. Who Will Benefit Most From The Truth About Abs? Anyone, male or female. No matter what fitness level you're at who wants to lose belly fat, and tighten and tone their midsection. Don't worry if you're a beginner, intermediate, or advanced because the way the program is set up. You can start at the level you're comfortable with and progress from there. Once you're ready, Mike also shows you how to put together workout routines that will help you burn even more fat and get continuous results on your abdominals. If you're a woman, hopefully you aren't turned off by getting a "six pack" or "strength training" because when you see many people, male or female, with a defined and toned midsection. It's very unlikely they got it with only crunches or sit-ups, and very likely they got it by doing some form of strength training exercises as well. Keep in mind also, strength training doesn't mean only lifting weights. Strength training also includes getting your body stronger using a stability ball or doing bodyweight exercises. So, you can use these moves to better tone and flatten your stomach rather than building toward a six-pack. All of which Mike emphasizes and shows you how in the book. The Bottom Line? From meal plans, to exercise routines, to the best ab exercises, The Truth About Six Pack Abs is a complete abs guide to toning your abdominals. And unlike other ab books, The Truth About Six Pack Abs addresses the real reason why you're not able to get abs -- which is belly fat. If you're going to buy one ab book this season, this is the one to buy. I definitely found it to be money well spent, and a great addition to my Health and Fitness library.
