Get a Sculpted Abdominal Core Fast by Using the Best Core Strength Exercises!

A strong and stable core is not only important if you want flat, sexy abs.

But, a strong core also prevents injuries, improves posture, and reduces lower back pain. As many of these chronic lower back pain and posture problems people have are due to having a weak core (more reason to do your core strength exercises and core fitness training consistently!).

Your core muscles extend from your pelvic floor, through your abdominal muscles, and up to your diaphragm. Your core muscles, along with your back muscles and buttocks, help compose your body’s powerhouse. This is the center of your body’s strength, stability and movement.

To best condition and strengthen your core, you should vary your core workout routines from day to day. This continually challenges your muscles in different ways. Plus, if you vary your core fitness training each workout, it keeps you from getting bored!

I already know exactly what’s on your mind. You’re thinking, ok great, Lawrence...

"So, then what are the most effective core strength exercises to add to my core workout routines? Or more importantly, what are the best core exercises I should be varying from day to day to get my core stronger and firmer?"

Don’t worry, relax. I already got you covered. I always do! Because when you ask, I shall deliver! Nothing, but the best for you…

After all, this is Best-Abs-Exercises.com! So, you’ve come to the right place! ;-)

Along with Pilates Core Workout Routines and Exercise Ball Core Fitness Training, yoga is one of the best core exercises to strengthen and condition your core.

Yoga is Sanskrit for “union.” Yoga is a compilation of ancient spiritual practices originating in India, considered as a complete lifestyle path to attain enlightenment in Hinduism, Buddhism and other spiritualities throughout the world.

Many people in the West, however, simply associate yoga with fitness poses --this branch of yoga is called Hatha. In turn, many styles of physical yoga have been developed. Generally speaking, yoga conditions the abs for balance, strength, stability and range of motion.

Now a word of caution about conducting yoga poses: never strain. Let me repeat that: never strain. Never force your body farther than it will go -- flexibility will improve over time. If you feel pain during your core strength exercises, stop immediately. Move slowly and gently while doing your core fitness training.

While conducting yoga poses to firm your abs and strengthen your core, if you exhale with a “haaa” as if trying to fog up a mirror, it will activate your transverse abdominus. You can also try placing a Gertie ball, a squishy children’s toy about nine inches in diameter, between your inner thighs or ankles during your yoga core workout. This will intensify your inner thigh and ab conditioning.

Again, try to hold each pose for 10 breaths, breathing slowly and deeply. A breath equals one inhalation and one exhalation. If that’s too long, just shorten the number of breaths you hold each pose. As you gain strength, you can hold the poses for as many breaths as you like.

Unlike other exercises, yoga poses are not done in sets -- you simply increase difficulty by holding the pose for a greater number of breaths. You can take a 30- to 60-second rest between poses if you like. And of course, you can mix in yoga poses with sets of other exercises. For example, you could do three sets of Bicycle, then hold Cobra pose for 10 breaths, then do a superset of two weightlifting exercises.

You already know the best yoga core fitness training for your abs, which also condition and stabilize your entire core…

In addition to these poses, there are scores of yoga poses that simultaneously work all your core muscles. Practicing these core workout poses targets each muscle in your core from practically every possible angle…

These are a series of yoga core strength exercises. You can do this core workout routine anywhere…
