Camel Yoga Abdominal Pose:Difficulty, 2; lower back, 2. Kneel, and flex your feet so your heels point upward toward the ceiling. Bear your weight on your knees, toes and the balls of your feet. Bend slightly backward and grasp the backs of your ankles. Let your back arch slightly, and look upward. To release, loosen your grip from the back of your ankles, and use your abs to slowly come back up.
