Escaping from Obesity
Many people are having a hard time losing weight. A lot of fat people have been struggling against obesity for most years of their lives. Many of them have probably tried dieting programs but to no avail. People with normal weight have little trouble getting that extra weight off of them, but with obese people, things are a bit more complicated. There is a need for the obese people to lose weight sensibly, safely, and permanently. But it seems though as if there are only a handful of experts who are really equipped with the knowledge to cure obesity and advice on real, effective weight loss programs and dieting. A real health and weight loss professional might need to study all three fields of nutrition, sports or exercise science, and psychology because losing weight is about food, staying fit, and conditioning the mind to be in a good state. These are all components of an effective weight loss program that is why I think that they should all be part of a weight loss expert’s knowledge base. Overweight and obese people make the common mistake of focusing much more on weight loss in general, rather than focusing more specifically on body fat loss. Those who want to achieve rapid weight loss commonly fail to achieve rapid fat loss. By these mistakes, a lot of people implement diet programs or adopt a lifestyle that will give them temporary weight loss achieved by dehydration or loss of muscle mass. This is problematic because losing muscle mass or lean body tissue makes your metabolic rate drop. Remember that every pound of muscle tissue burns approximately 100 calories per week. Even when you are at rest, muscle mass burns calories; therefore, your body will not lose or burn calories as it did before when you had more muscle mass. So for victims of obesity, what they should do is to refocus the program on losing body fat, not weight loss. Implement a diet program that will make you lose body fat, build muscle mass at the same time, and maintain that muscle mass. Eat foods that are rich in amino acids and proteins such as eggs and wild game meats. Also take in as much calcium as possible. Calcium not only helps make bones stronger but it is also a vital mineral for building muscle mass. It also helps prevent loss of muscle mass. Last but not least, do easy strength training exercises such as using a Bullworker.
