Women obsess about attaining a flat tummy--even women who’ve never had a baby. But there’s no such thing as a “flat” tummy, even for men.

That’s because human beings have very important working components called internal organs--one of which is a uterus, for women. *NOTE: Doing female abs exercises alone will not get you the results you want. Keeping a clean diet is key if you want to melt the ab fat so you can get the best results. But, when I say “diet” I don’t mean starving yourself! After all, fitness should and is a way of life!

The trick is to keep your meals balanced and your portions reasonable but enough to satisfy your palate and keep you moving! So eat regularly and enjoy meals spread throughout the day. Missing meals will not make you lose weight. In fact, it has the opposite effect. You will hold onto weight and body fat if you miss meals.

Also omit junk food: no processed foods, no white sugar, no white flour, no alcohol, and no sodas. Instead drink lots of water every day!
