Get Rid of Love Handles and Reduce the Waist with the Best Oblique Workouts!

Like crunch exercises for the lower and upper abdominal, the Side Crunch oblique exercise isolates the oblique muscles by bringing the ribcage and pelvis together with its “crunching” movement. Which targets the side abdominal better, and strengthens it to tone the waist more effectively. Follow the instructions below to do this exercise:
Side Crunch Oblique Exercise: Difficulty, 2; lower back, 2. Lie on your right side with legs extended. Cross your right arm up across your waist, resting your right hand atop your left side. Place your left fingertips behind your left ear, and point your elbow toward the ceiling. Contract your abs and lift your right shoulder off the floor while also raising your right leg about one foot off the floor. Be sure your motion is toward the ceiling--not falling forward. Slowly lower, and repeat. Do the same number of reps on the opposite side.
