Raise your legs so that the soles of your feet are facing the ceiling; your legs should be perpendicular to your torso. Lift your hips off the floor, upward toward the ceiling. It’s all right if your hips come far enough forward that your straight legs angle toward your head. Slowly lower your hips back to the floor. Continue raising and lowering your hips.
