Medicine Ball Leg Pass Lower Abdominal Exercise: Difficulty, 3; lower back, 3. Lie on your back with your arms and legs extended, holding the medicine ball in your hands. Now simultaneously lift your legs and arms off the floor so they’re perpendicular to the floor; when your hands meet your feet, pass the medicine ball to your feet. Holding the medicine ball between your feet, slowly with control lower your arms and legs to the floor. Simultaneously lift your arms and legs again, this time passing the medicine ball to your hands. Holding the medicine ball with your hands, slowly lower your arms and legs to the floor in a controlled fashion. Continue.

For more of a challenge doing this lower abdominal exercise, keep your feet just a few inches above the ground when lowering your legs.
