The Saw Pilates Ab Workout: Difficulty, 1; lower back, 2. Sit on the floor, legs extended hip width apart. Extend your arms sideways to form a T. Contract your abs. Exhale; twist and reach your left hand toward your right foot. Inhale and slowly return to starting position. Repeat on opposite side. Continue alternating sides. Each alternating side equals one rep.
