Single Leg Circle: Difficulty, 1; lower back, 1. Lie on your back, palms down, knees bent. Point your left leg toward the ceiling. Exhale and contract your abs. Slowly move your leg in a large counterclockwise circle; keep your hips still. Repeat, going clockwise. Inhale as your leg circles counterclockwise, and exhale as it circle clockwise. Continue on right leg. One clockwise circle plus one counterclockwise circle equals one rep.
